Notre cabinet a fait l'expérience de la conception et de la gestion de projets en Martinique. Nous avons pu faire le constat que, au-delà des moyens financiers et techniques d'une entreprise, c'est bien le facteur humain qui peut bloquer les projets.
Nous sommes convaincus que, pour qu'une entreprise soit portée par des femmes et des hommes regardant dans la même direction, motivés par un projet commun, chaque individu doit tout d'abord être en phase avec lui-même, libéré de ses questionnements ancestraux et donc recentré ; conditions sine qua non afin de pouvoir ensuite envisager une quelconque altérité, et donc de pouvoir penser l'atteinte d'un objectif commun dans une structure économique constructive pour l'avenir de la Martinique.
Nous sommes particulièrement convaincus qu'une meilleure connaissance de l'Histoire environnementale élargie de la Martinique devrait permettre de mieux savoir d'où l'on vient et donc de mieux comprendre où l'on va ; d'où la création d'une formation innovante fondée sur la compréhension et le recentrement de soi à travers les Arts, l'Histoire et l'Ecriture, première étape avant de pouvoir s'ouvrir à l'Autre.

Ce processus repose plus particulièrement sur une pièce de théâtre, intitulée La Dernière Chance, déjà écrite par la créatrice de l'école, Charlotte Gressier, sur l'épisode fondateur de l'Histoire de nos territoires caribéens - la rencontre manquée entre les peuples autochtones Amérindiens et les Conquistadors Espagnols à Ayiti au XVème siècle, à laquelle diverses contributions créatrices des apprentis (texte, chansons, danses…) permettront à chaque promotion de valoriser les histoires personnelles participant à la Grande Histoire.
Nous proposons ainsi une nouvelle école, l'Ecole des Cosmographes, avec une composante anthropologique innovante de la Formation en Martinique afin de redonner sa fierté aux Martiniquais et de les préparer avec ambition à l'employabilité et à l'esprit d'entreprise comme créateurs d'univers: des ateliers pluridisciplinaires à 360° et préparatoires au recentrement sur soi puis des représentations théâtrales libératrices !

Our firm has extensive experience designing and managing projects in Martinique. We have observed that, beyond a company's financial and technical resources, it is the human factor that can hinder projects.
We are convinced that for a company to be driven by women and men working in the same direction, motivated by a common project, each individual must first be in tune with themselves, freed from their ancestral questions, and therefore refocused; these are essential conditions for then being able to consider any otherness, and thus to be able to think about achieving a common goal within an economic structure that is constructive for the future of Martinique.
We are particularly convinced that a better understanding of Martinique's broader environmental history should allow us to better understand where we come from and therefore where we are going; Hence the creation of an innovative training program based on understanding and refocusing on oneself through the arts, history, and writing, the first step before being able to open up to others.
LET S BECOME COSMOGRAPHER !
This process is based more specifically on a play, entitled "The Last Chance," already written by the creator of the school, Charlotte Gressier, about the founding episode in the history of our Caribbean territories—the failed encounter between the indigenous Amerindian peoples and the Spanish Conquistadors in Haiti in the 15th century. Various creative contributions from the apprentices (text, songs, dances, etc.) will allow each class to highlight the personal stories that contribute to the Great History.
We thus offer a new school, with an innovative anthropological component to the training in Martinique to restore pride in Martinique and ambitiously prepare them for employability and entrepreneurship, as creators of universe: 360° multidisciplinary workshops preparing for self-refocusing, followed by liberating theatrical performances!
